When one of my vehicles reached the end of it's guarantee and thus it's service record, I took out a policy at Hollard for any major problems that could happen. Last month my vehicle broke down and we were informed that the clutch kit needed to be replaced. I remembered the policy I took out and phoned Hollard who in turn appointed Arno at Mototech to help me. Arno immediately told me what to do, get quotes, also gave me names of companies who could assist me and informed me what parts I needed to buy. He the told me to fax him the slips of all the spares and labour and within a few days I received an SMS to inform me the money was paid into my account! I could not believe it, neither my husband who the thanked me for taking out such a fantastic policy! Thank you Arno, you really did your job well, you have a great attitude, yet very efficient in doing your job.
