I applied for a top-up loan over a week ago. It was approved and I awaited payment. Reason for this loan was to pay my kids aftercare fees. Now more than a week later I still do not have the money, my kids will be put out of aftercare this afternoon if payment is not met. I even emailed you and begged for an urgent pay out but I simply got an answer that there was a back log on your payments... toughies to your customers and their needs. I am soooo disappointed.
