First and foremost, Terrance Parlyum is an absolute star! He is consistent, incredibly friendly (even when asked to change something 3 times), and within minutes he had helped and sent my documents through to me.
Even after he transferred me to the Finance Department, he then mailed to find out if they were able to help me.
Really?! King Price, this one is a keeper!
After speaking to all the other insurance alternatives, who might I add, are not exactly a sparkly ray of sunshine over the phone, and who call back at obscene hours days after a quote was requested, it is safe to say that King Price delivered the best service!
To Ian who helped me with the debit orders (my apologies, I should have requested your surname), thank you for not making me feel like an and for being so understanding and patient. He was non judgmental, efficient and with both him and Terrance, they made everything out to be ok and that nothing was a crisis.
Excellent, excellent company!
