I applied for a loan from them end of July. The loan was approved but it wasn't paid out to me but now they want me to pay for a loan that I didn't receive and that's after countless emails send to them. On Friday I get an sms saying I have been giving over to a debt collection service for a loan that I did not receive.
They are just below loansharks but they will have to explain it to a judge one of these days because we have laws protecting us the consumers in South Africa against unscrupulous companies like wonga.
