I applied for a pay day loan on the 20th August at 19:25pm and received preapproval. The following day I called in 4 times and the response was always THE SAME... its in the queue trying to contact your employer. I checked nothing wrong with the phones at work.
Sent an email later in the day and got the same response. Two days later, 6 emails i'm still getting the same response, how difficult is this. This is false advertising and setting an expectation to the public that is incorrect.
Had an unexpected payment so I need the cash for transport and my kids.
