Adele exceptional good client service

Adele has given me exceptional good service. Where other FNB consultants have messed up she helped me correct those at a speedy pace. She made it easy for me to contact her. She kept calm and professional when I got worked up. I only want to work with her because I can see she knows what she is doing and she does not take shortcutts which will send me back to FNB again to go sort out later. She also follows up by herself on my issues and contact me to inform me. For me that is a big WOW. While working with her you never get the feeling that she just want to get your stuff done and out of there to help the long line of customers, she is focussed on her client and his needs.
