i am not going mention what the query was about, however i am going to mention the excellent service that i have got from Nishan Naidu from the very outset that i have taken my insurance policy, his knowledge on the products and his service to myself is what one would actually look for when calling a call centre.
i must say that he is of great asset to the company and i would recommend anyone to him due to the service that he does give to individuals. i do hope that management looks into this individual very closely and rewards him accordingly for the great effort he puts into bringing business in for the company.
