NO REFUND SINCE FEB 11, PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS!

How long do we have to endure this unethical behaviour? 11 February Lauren Williams was advised that the money would be in her account within the next 3 to 5 workings days - IT'S BEEN WEEKS AND NO RESPONSE TO HER E MAILS. - REQEUST 665997

This voucher was meant to be a gift for my daughter which your company has messed up and then still has the nerve to make empty promises and hold onto the money. SEE E MAIL EXTRACTS BELOW
