Saraspa disappointment resolved

I purchased a spa day groupon so that my sister and I could enjoy a relaxing spa experience at Saraspa before my wedding. I tried to make an appointment with Saraspa for more than 2 weeks without success. I was not able to reach them on either of the telephone numbers supplied - the numbers just rang unanswered and no one called me back when I left messages. I also sent numerous emails to the email address on Saraspa's website but never received a response.

I was understandably anxious as I had paid for a service with people who appeared to be uninterested in communicating with me. I then checked online for alternative numbers and came across quite a number of complaints about this spa on HelloPeter. It seemed as if I was not the only person who had purchased this groupon who was being ignored by Saraspa.

I made contact with groupon and was assisted by Kaldwin. Kaldwin was friendly and helpful and I was refunded within days. Thank you Kaldwin for your excellent service!
