I received my order on the 26th of September and immediately notified them that the item was incomplete. It has now been a week and now they want pictures of the item. The box has incorrect spelling on - Cooking is spelled Gooking and included is spelled INCLLDED - the product looks almost looks like a knock off! What gives me the biggest agitation is that they have my money so now they do not worry about fixing the problem.
