Awaiting responds of refund

Hi there. I have bought into a deal for wheel alignment and after 5 days that i have not received my voucher I enquire about it, and was told that the deal is no longer available. I then forwrd me banking details the next day because they were going to refund me, to date I did not hear from them, adn it says in ther policies, that it takes about 7 days, and I submitted my details on the 15th August already.
