Following order acknowledgement of my order, I did not receive my voucher's. For 3 weeks of continous emails and phone calls, pushed from pillow to post not a single employee including Management could advise exactly what the problem was. Then I was promised that they would resolve "whatever" the problem was and arrange for my stock to be delivered. I followed up again only to be informed that the products OVER SOLD sold and they COULD NOT SUPPLY!!! I doubt that the staff are adequately trained, the series of poor service was absolutely shocking. Not a single person could proactively inform me that there was a potential problem, they clearly do not know what they doing. The frustration and inconvenience was not worth the money saved. Groupon is not good for their partners reputation.
