I have been a premier member for 10 years and service has been bad for the past 9 years.
I call at the beginning of the year for year end bookings and they advise that there is no stock.
I call at the end of a year to book for the new year and I am on the waiting list. They never seem to have availability . E-Mails were sent a week ago and to date there has been no response.
The last consultant that we spoke to justified the unavailability of units by quoting a clause from the contract.
The clause states that bookings are subject to availability.
It leaves me extremely disappointed to have paid R136000.00 for the contract and a yearly fee of R9000.00 and not reap the benefits of it
