On the 31 July I reacted on a special Mango airlines had for a special to Cape Town. The flight was for 2 people to cape town single trip. I completed the necesary information and checked the prices before clicking proceed. The total cost was R1844 (R922 pp). I filled in all the required credit card details and double checked all my flight information and prices. When I received a confirmation e-mail a few minutes later, it reflected R2978! I contact the call centre and told them what had happened. I was informed by Cheslyn that I clicked the Yes please button for the mango flex which I DID NOT DO. He then gave me the guest relations number and I was promptly told I CLICKED THE yes please button for the flexi option. At this point I was beginning to think I was the one that was wrong or lying. I sent and e-mail to the guest relations manager but had no feedback as yet, until just a few minutes ago this e-mail was sent back to me: Mr whitey Setana, head guest relations has just informed me that I am well travelled and not able to refund me due to me not reading the terms and confitions!!! This also seems like a template was used to inform me of this rejection.
