Good day
I have had the worst service at Greyhound thus far I cannot understand why every time I need to book I always have to speak to a supervisor just because your consultants are NOT equipped to handle the smallest request and end up irritating the out of me... I have a funeral to attend all I want is my Son's ticket to be refunded as I did not use the ticket earlier this year I spoke to Venite Wilson who gave me this ref number C2G0Z1D for the unused ticket. All I ask is a refund for this ticket as I will not be able to use it within the 6 months period given. The consultants do not know if I am able to get a refund or not (which baffles me as to why they do not know the rules of the ticket which should be part of their jobs) nonetheless I would really appreciate it if someone can get back to me with this info as I need my money at some point.
