I purchased a blackberry on contract about a year and a half ago. My first complaint is that I don't receive any statements on the progress of the account. Secondly, a debit order was arranged for the phone but for some reason the debit order was not active on my account, a month or two later I had an autopage consultant advising me that the debit order has been deactivated and further supplied me with banking details that I should make the deposit to inorder to update my payments. From then on I have been making payments through to the account I was given by the consultant. Last year around May or June, an Asian man showed up at my work place claiming to be from Gerhard van der Merwe Attorneys on behalf of Autopage, demanding my signature on the documents he had brought with him. I asked security to escort the man out because he was becoming aggressive. He even went to the extent of swearing my bosses and threatening them. A month later the same attorneys called and asked for proof of payments, I faxed them through, now I'm being hounded by VVM Attorneys, they also ask for proof of payment, I faxed it through but I'm still getting sms's and calls from them. I very frustrated!
