I am so disgusted in Nashua Mobiles level of service I logged a complaint. I called on the 3 of Jan and the only thing Nashua mobile has done was respond to me on hello peter! Is this how u treat ur customer! If I do not hear anything from Nashua mobile with regards to having my airtime of R128. Refunded or the lack of folling a simple instruction from a customer buy the close of business today I will be going to the financial umbidsman! I'll be waiting for your call and I would also like confirmation in writting as to how u going to resolve your mess and when when I'll be getting my airtime back!
