What is the point of having a cellc contract when there is never network coverage? Why I'm I paying a huge bill when the phone can only be used with CELLC has the necessary infra. There is NO cellc coverage at my place of residence. Cellc has failed to take ownership of this issue and is now penalising me for there lack of infrastructure. My advice is for anyone looking to take out a contract... DO not go CELLC. The call centre has been nothing but useless. Never updating my call and never responding or calling back like they have committed to. You get transferred from one team leader to another team leader... and none of them able to assist and resolve my issue.
