I reported my ADSL line down on 17 Jan. 3 Technicians have been out already. One managed to get ADSL working on 2 Mps when it is a 10 Mps line. it worked for 2 hours and then then ADSL and my Phone line went dead. So now i have NO PHONE LINE or ADSL. This is crazy. The technicians seem to be able to repair only something that is simple. They cannot fix a problem that is a bit more difficult to solve. I work from home so aside from not having a phone and ADSL it is also costing me money. I have logged another fault but i am sure Telkom will just send out another of the same technicians. I am lost! i do not know anymore where to turn!
