I handed in my Iphone 4S for repairs at Autopage Sandton City on 20 December 2013. I phoned the call centre 4 times to find out if my phone is going to be repaired or if I need to put in an insurance claim. Every time I phone, I get the same response "We will find out from the repair centre - and call you right back". Up to date NO ONE has phoned me to advise of the status. I must "just wait". I realize that it takes 6 weeks to repair a phone, but all I want to know - are they repairing my phone or is it BER? How can I have NO feedback on the status after 5 weeks??? Just let me know what is going on, please!!!
