I'm really disappointed with Vodacom (s) service delivery to say the least, I've been a member for 10years and a simply sim swap is an issue. As a former employee for the company breaks my heart to see that the Mission statement we were trained and followed (to my full hearts content) his no longer been done by the individuals who should.
