I've been a subscriber with Mweb since 2010 and for the last couple of months ( - 6 months) I've been struggling with internet connection issues. Each month, I'll have to phone MWeb on an average of 4 to 6 times a month regarding the same issue. Each time they escalate the problem to Telkom and Telkom confirms that there is no problems from their side and that the problem should be with MWeb. Telkom even came to my house to show me that it is not Telkom with the problem but that the problem is with MWeb. So know I know that Mweb is CLEARLY at fault and they refuse to acknowledge it or their staff is simply not trained enough in searching for the fault.
