Website still not working

I have added another domain to my account and according to Mweb, you need an uncapped hosting account for each website to obtain webhosting and website selfbuild.
I received an email from Mweb creating another account, therefore botching my whole system. It is almost a week and the new domain and website is not working. I have called on a daily basis, emailed various departments, yet still no resolve.
After another enquiry today, I was informed once again that they are unsure of what the problem is and I have to wait another 24 hours at most for the problem to 'maybe' be resolved.
This has a dire effect on my business and highly unprofessional.
