So I phoned Cell C on Sunday, 25 August 2013 at around 7:15 and spoke to a consultant who said they helped me with Activating my BIS, at around 4pm I noticed that my BIS was still not working so I called again and spoke to Xoliswa Masina who advised me that my Line was DEACTIVATED, I asked to speak to a manager and spoke to Keletso Boikanyo who also confirmed the story. when I gave then my cell c number they couldnt link to my details, I confirmed my ID number and still was told the details were for someone else. How can my line be DEACTIVATED without my consent, isnt that against the law? I was told that for this issue to be sorted out I need to go to Cell C shop, why should I, I NEVER went to the store to get the line deactivated so I sure as wont go to sort this out. Cell c is pathetic and the service they give is also pathetic, ever since the beginning of 2013 Ive called in to change my address to date it hasnt been done, thats how sad it is. I am expecting my line to be ACTIVATED NOW, and i will NOT go to the store as I never asked for this mess to happen in the first place. CELL C, YOU HAVE AN HOUR TO SORT MY LINE OUT!!!
