I have been using your 3G services since 2011.
I sometimes go months with out using the data and still pay the full amount.
The problem is that the data never rolls over to the following month, WHY is that?
Secondly for the whole month of July I have not been able to connect and when I called the call center the once consultant said they would call me back in 48 hours to sort out the problem and they did not. I called on the 17/072013.
Eventually the 3G started to give me a message that I should contact my service provider and then I called the call center and they told me that I need get new software.
Then I went to a Cell C in Fourways Mall with my 3G and was told they don't have the new software and I should return the next day with my own laptop so they can downloaded it for me there.
Now I have two issues here: Why did I not get a sms notification letting me know of the change of software or an email. And once again I have not been able to log on not because I don't want to but the 3G sometimes doesn't work and I still get charged as if I used the data.
I have 2 numbers and my other number rolls over the money if it wasn't used.
I am very angry!
