Shane Fourie organised a tougher than dirt run just outside Pretoria. She charged competitors R300 for the race. It was a complete rip off. There were no marshals or course markings, limited water to wash off after the run, no prizes and false advertising on their race website. A number of large brands like Bootcamp Buddies, Inov, Futurerlife, Oasis, Engergiser and Boost Juice Bar were associated with this run and it was one of the worse runs I have ever done. I'm sure they would not like there brand associated with this type of event. I emailed Shane to complain and received nothing but pathetic excuses. I HIGHLY recommend that people do not enter there races, Tougher Than Dirt - The Sequel and Night Obstacle Race.
