At first it seemed like a good deal, until I asked for a upgrade to Cape Quarter from 150-200. not knowing that my contract was now from 24-36 months. Not a word was said. I then requested to cancel it - close to R4000 to have it closed. Little Kids working in teh stores giving my attitude incompetence and no customer service ethic at all its really quite disgraceful. I have then been away and the account was uin a arearrs. They said '' Monique you can pay in December'' before I could pay they handed me over to some collections agent that is telling me I must pay them close to R7000 rand, thats when I lost it. And these two Fransoa Ebersohn & Pelina Tshabalala does not reply quick enough and there is no solution just pure attitude instead of trying to assist me. This run around has been going on since last year its quite insane and shocking to be honest. No gym bag water bottle and towel as promised on the first contract. Can I please get an ADULT to deal with from Head Office!!! I am not paying an cancellation fees and also having my account handed over when I have emails stating when I am able to pay. Ladies and Gentlemen!!! Lets see how quick this gets sorted out..
