Unethical, incorrect billing, poor administration

I am very frustrated and disappointed that PF is suddenly debiting my account for a membership that was cancelled 4 years ago. There is no head office number on the main web page only branch contacts.
Once referred or given a head office contact, one waits an eternity for an answer.
