Quality of clothing has gone down the drain!!!

I bought a jacket at identity about a month ago, I have worn the jacket about 4 times and never washed it yet but the jacket is so full of fluff that i cannot wear it anymore because it looks horrible. I think that for the price i paid the quality is pathetic!!! Will never purchase anything anymore and will definitely be closing my account.
