Appalling driving by Vehicle RT0045

Appalling driving by vehicle number RT0045, CA 513256, Castle branded truck on 23/04/2013 on Hout Bay Main Road around 12:30.
Blatantly drove through a circle without yielding to oncoming traffic. Other driver hand to swerve to avoid accident. Did not use indicator once (should have been used at least three times). Speed was inconsistent. Drove off the road into a gutter because he took the corner to sharp and at too high a speed. We where the car directly behind him and where convinced we he was going to flip the truck. Pulled into Imizamu Yethu (Mandela Park).
Hazard to himself, your company and more importantly other road users.
