I purchased goods on account and my instalment was R125 odd rand, when I made an instalment I paid an average of R250 each instalment to keep a good payment record. This went on for a few months, next thing I get a call saying my instalment is R800 odd.
I have since been paying R400 per month and each month have requested a 6 month account of payments and purchases. Now month 4 going on month 5 and still waiting. I would like to see if someone has been buying on my account. Why is it so difficult to send me a full statement?
I am now listed as a poor payer but pay every month? Towards an amount I disagree on? And have disputed over the phone with the VERY RUDE people that call and put words in you mouth.
Will not advise that anyone get an account with Edgars, Big mistake.
When I receive my statement if I ever get one I will settle the account and never set foot in an Edgars store again nor support them in any way?
