In December i bought a pair of Jupiter squared VR46 edition sunglasses from Eyeware SA, when i got them i noticed 2 scratches on the frame and i notified the supplier and they said all the frames are like that when i ask for photos of their frames that where scratched i saw the scratches are not event in the same location, they then said that they would get a new pair from Oakley, they arrived yesterday at Eyeware SA, and the feedback was they also have the same marks/scratches on the frames, I do not know if its the same location as mine this time but the supplier then informed me that they had spoken to Oakley and the response was it marks from the mold, which i find very hard to believe as the marks are visible on the front of the glasses, i love the glasses and the brand Oakley, its just frustrating having a brand new pair of sunglasses that are scratched. really upset at this
please can you help me with this as the response relayed to me came from Oakley saying the marks are from the mold.
