Ronald enrolled a club on my account without my consent, I don't even know the benefits of that club. I went to the store on the 4th to request a cancellation, I spoke to Mpho told me the club cannot be cancelled. I asked to speak to the manager who was unavailable. I want that club cancelled from my acccount immediately. I refuse to pay for a club I never requested to be put on my account.
