My order was placed on the 11th of December 2013, today is the 15th January 2014 to no avail still no delivery. On the 26th of December I received an email from [URL Removed] stating that the delivery date was to be anticipated between 30th December 2013 and the 2nd of January 2014, still no delivery. There after it was delayed to the latest between the 8th and 13th January 2014, still no delivery. When trying to access website to report late deliver, the website has been down for the last two days. If I had known that the service was going to be this slow I would have never ordered anything with [URL Removed]
