I have placed the abovementioned order on the 10th December 2013 and the payment was only captured by Kalahari on the 14th December 2013 although the payment was done the same day I placed the order. the estimated date of delivery is supposed to be today the 19th December 2013 and I have been trying to find out from Kalahari what time it will be delivered. I have spoken to Olivia & Ricardo this morning who promised me that they will call me back to advise what time I can expect delivery. my first call to Olivia was aroun 8H45 and to Ricardo was at 11h00. It is 12h00 now and I still haven't received any phone calls from them. I am going on leave today the 19 December 2013 and the delivery address is my work address therefore it must be delivered to me by today. I have been calling and emailing Kalahari since Tuesday but it seems that I am just being ignored. I will never ever use Kalahari ever again!!! This is the worst services I ever received!
