I made a special order for a woman's wedding band, I was promised that the ring would be ready in 4 weeks, that came and gone, when I enquired I was told they have a problem with the supplier. After numerous emails and phone calls the rings was finally done, just to find out its the wrong rings and the said supplier can not make those set of rings and opted to make a replacement without me as the customer being consulted. With everything that has been going on I kept asking about what kind of compensation I can expect but no one is saying nothing. I was then informed that a local supplier can make the rings in 3 working weeks which was done but yet again the wrong colour stones where placed in the rings and was send back to supplier for correction. On monday I was informed that the rings will be in store by tuesday and that the area manager would contact me regarding discount/ compensation, instead this morning I got a call from a sales consultant for collection, the area manager still never contacted me, instead the store phones and say that the area manager want to give me 10% discount which is R549, 85, non negotiable. After 3 months of they wanna offer me 10% discount.
