TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM PAMPERS

I would like to lay a complaint with regards to reject diapers I have purchased from Baby City in Pietermaritzburg, I had went into the store to get an exchange on the diapers as there is a problem with The sticky tabs that are meant to hold the diaper together, one side is a reject on most of the diapers as the one side does not stick. I am really unhappy as the Baby city store refused to assist me, The manager said that i need to look on the pack of diapers to get the contact details for pampers, so i could lay a complaint. I then contacted pampers via email, they have said that they need to collect the diapers and then send it for a quality check, I am quite upset with the service i am getting, I purchase quite a lot of diapers in a month and this is the treatment i am getting, Pampers are not willing to give me a voucher in the interim. I feel those diapers were not put through quality control.this is the first time i am having a problem.
Pampers Finally collected the diapers and now want me to wait 14- 20 days, I think this is ridiculous as they do not wait for payment when we purchase diapers. The service from the consultant in the call center is absolutely disgusting.
