ONLINE ORDER GONE WRONG

On the 9th October, i logged on to Mr Price online shopping and saw that most of items have been ridiculously reduced in price. I started adding items to basket that i was intending on purchasing for myself, as i was about to check out my order - the site SHUT DOWN. I called Mr Price online three times and spoke to a manager who informed me that they were experiencing technical difficulties. I explained to her that i added those items into the basket with the intention of purchasing them at the price displayed. The items are now in the basket but now reflecting the NEW PRICE. Surely they should honour the price that was displayed when choosing the item? My argument is this: Imagine walking around in pnp adding things into your trolley because its at a discount price BUT by the time you come to the cashier they close the door and say sorry - leave the basket and leave the store - you can come back and purchase it at original prices? Also even though the site was shut down, there should be time stamp, showing when those items were placed it the basket - i want the items and i want to pay the price that was displayed when i added. #VERY disappointed and annoyed. WHAT NOW?
