I went into the Green Cross store in Edenvale knowing what I was looking for and had the sandals reference number from the website. I was unable to find the sandal in the correct size and colour and asked the sales lady (unfortunately did not get her name) if she could order me a pair. The answer was that this was a factory outlet and they were unable to place an order - you get what you see as they don't know what they receive from the factory.
If you want to impress customers, kindly assist and make a plan by going the extra mile and order what is required. The service in general was poor.
I am very disappointed as the Green Cross shoe range is very comfortable, upmarket and quite pricey, therefore better service is expected. I was told to go to Eastgate to get them to order me a pair. Needless to say, I am considering not to purchase from you again.
