Bad quality and failure to take back

I purchased 1 x cargo pants and a jacket from the Due South range. A week later I also purchased a Columbian shirt and a Due South range cargo pants. Both the pants and the jacket from the Due South range was really bad quality. I first took back the first pants and then later the jacket which they returned. The original slip for the last pants got lost with all the exchanging of the pants. Due South is not willing to take it back. The label in the pants says Due South. I thought this is not fair seeing all the clothes I bought from the brand was poor quality.
