During my pregnancy, I registered to join Dis-Chem Baby. According to the promotion boards, this entitled me to a Dis-Chem baby bag in my third trimester and a whole host of other benefits. My baby is now seven months old and I still have not received my baby bag, or any other correspondence. Every time I try to follow up on this with customer services at Walmer (and I have followed up numerous times), I'm told that the lady who deals with this is not in and that she will call me on the next working day. I have never heard from her. At first I was told they were out of stock, but the last time I was in the store I saw a pile of baby bags under the counter and there was even one in the window. Still nothing. I feel that I spend a lot of money at this store on baby goodies, toiletries, medicines, vitamins, etc. but the service is shocking. So very disappointed!
