Gave my ring in for re-coating on white gold and was told that my boyfriend will be able to collect on my behalf as I stay in Johannesburg. I told them to add the amount to my account and they agreed. First the ring took 3 week instead of 2 weeks I was promised. Secondly now that the ring is ready for collection, they tell me he is not allowed to sign for it on my account!!??!! What!!! I SPECIFICALLY asked since I stay in Johannesburg if it was possible. UTTERLY, UTTERLY discusted!!! I will DEFINATELY NEVER use American Swiss again and neither will ANY of my family members for sure!!!
