I purchased closed online at Zando, I payed and everything was promised to be delivered within 7 days. After 7 day I recieved a call from the retailer informing me that my purcell will be delivered the next day, I waited the next day, no one came. I waited hoping it will come the next day, it was the same for the rest of the week. the next monday I again recieved a call informing me that the purcell will arrive the next which was the tuesday, the same thing happened. I sent an e-mail to their service centre [Email Removed] which took 2 weeks for them to reply, in their reply they said my physical address was wrong, I gave them a more convinient address to accomodate them, that also did not work. they sent me an e-mail in January 2013 that the product i ordered in November 2012 was out of stock and they will refund me.
