I bought a pair of Green Cross shoes a while ago and when inside the Green Cross store here at Lakeside Mall Poppy the store attendant noticed they had just broken that morning. Poppy asked me to bring them in to see if she can get them looked at.
I brought them to her on the morning of 22 May and that same day Poppy called me to say they would exchange them for a new pair to the same value.
