In the last week of January 2013 the alarm went off and so we weren't at the house but with our family. An ADT Member come the check what happening and as he come in he left the gate gate open an so our little Jack Russel went out of the gate and got hit by a car!! and this was a week before our wedding so i was terrified!!!
this long weekend we went away and so the alarm by the company went off again, this time they left the gate open again!!! this is absolute form ADT side!!! the Fox terrier also went out... this was the morning about 10H00 am... 12hoo they let us know the dog is out of the gate... we are 3hours away from the company away on holiday... we phone everybody to go help look fir the dog... luckily we found the dog after 2 hours... so the dog was in the street for 4hours... not happy at all and if you talk to them they just lift their shoulders up... this matter is not taking seriously... please help me to get trough to ADT in connection with this matter!!! CLOSE THE GATE BEHIND YOU!!! WE LOVE OUR DOGS!!!
