They wouldnt help in the Beginning my shotgun wasn't registerd that was a massive set back and to a degree its a massive waste of petrol nobody called me back to follow up I waited 2 weeks at my own expence I found out what was going on then today after receiving my gun license I went to pick up my firearm the wife of the business verbally attacked me infront of all the staff after I inquired when jaq the owner or his staff member might be back because the gun shop was closed she was rude and abnocius and asked me repitedly have I made an oppointment with the owner so I replied no she then told she wasn't gona phone him due to the fact that he was in a meeting I then tried to find out if owner wasn't there how long would the other staff member stephans would take I was informed he went on a delivery she flew of the handle while I was trying to explain that I need to get to work and I was just there to pick up my firearm then the owner jaq pitched up in his vechicle with his to daughters and he informed me that the firearm registers wasnt at the shop i mean I've spent close to r20 thousand at thier shop buying firearms and this is the way I was treated today
