I received sms from ADT 30/10/2013: Dear client our records show that your account is long overdue, failure to make payment within 7days will result in your services being suspended and your account being handed over to our pre-lagal department Contact 086 12 12 400. I have phoned on 30/11/13 as I have no account with ADT for past 2years. Call centre agent comments: ignore smsm, I will not ignore this threat as you are quick to sms incorrect client but not prepare to give me a email or sms to apologise a mistake was made by your accounts department. I have phoned 30/10/13 and spoek to agent Carol Managa she confirmed she will arrange a email to confirm sms sent in error, phoned again today 12/11 12 days later will phone me back.
I need a apology letter that sms was sent to me in error and I will not be handed over to any legal department.
