I was a tenant staying at one of zelri flats in Pennyville flat no 1184b7. We moved out on the 15th of September 2013 and when we moved out im September the care taker Amos he came through to check if the flat was still ok and to see if all was damaged. He then tld us that we will get a call once a decision was made then we phoned him to find out when will we get our deposit he then said within 21 days which was in the beginning of October its now towards the end of October still nothing my husband phoned Zelri's head office after I received an email that states that they are busy with processing a job card foe all the repairs which are going to be done to the flat and once they are done rhay will send me whats lwft of my deposit, I replied to the email to say what was their findings and why do I hear about this now and I have to wait another 21 days again before I can get my deposit which will be half or nothing it seems and this nelly we phoned and we were rold that she was on leave, she comes back instead of contacting us she sends me an email my husband phones the head office she says she can't talk to him as the flat was not in his name I phone her she doesn't reply we need
