Please watch out for Seeff Southern Suburbs, bought a flat from them with all the contents, their OTP states all in good working order. The fridge at the flat broke before transfer, seller refusing to replace the fridge with a working second hand one. Seeff have just excepted and do not want to hold the seller accountable. They offered me R500 to buy a new fridge. I paid for the repairman at R100 to check and confirm that the old fridge could not be fixed. It will cost R150 to deliver a fridge, there is no elevator at the complex, the flat is on the 4th floor and I have to except that I find a fridge for R250. I feel that since the flat has not transferred and we bought it with the contents in working order as stated in the contract - why should the seller be allowed to refuse to replace the fridge surely she is liable.
