We, 3 working professionals signed a lease and paid a deposit for a property in PE. Verbal commitments were made, written agreements were signed and our deposit was paid. Days later he emails and claims to have changed his mind, saying he believes we are too young and will make too much noise and that we wont abide by his 'rules'. We have thankfully received our deposit, but are now stuck trying to find a new place in 2 weeks. I have never experienced such unprofessional service from someone who claims to own 30 property's. What a blessing in disguise to have avoided further issues with an inconsistent landlord.
